“I
am a firm believer in 100% teamwork. Every team I have worked with
has always seen me give my best, whether it's on the track, briefing
with the engineers or making an appearance for a sponsor. I treat
my teammates as I want to be treated myself. To me everyone on a
team is as important as anyone else, if you are a driver, owner,
mechanic, engineer or the person that is sweeping the floor back
in the shop. To have success everyone has to do his/her job, if
there is one missing link anywhere in the organization success will
be much harder to achieve. As a driver, I'm the one that gets to
see the checkered flag but without everybody else doing their job
I would not be able to finish mine." |
